I used to do a lot of bodybuilding-style workout routines, mostly for vanity, but they've translated into amazing improvement on the basketball court. Imagine what a basketball-focused routine could do for my game. That's why I set out to look for one.
Steve Nash's routine seems more my speed. He KNOWS he's not going to out-jump or outrun anyone (let's face it, he's a white guy in the NBA,) but he can be the most balanced guy out there. I've noticed his workout focuses a lot on core strength, as opposed to power or all that stuff. Well, let's give it a go.
